Anyone use Fitbit to track sleep?

I just picked up another fb(never used my firdt one and got rid of it), it's the older Flex Model for $40 with shipping. Came in yesterday.... Any who, I got it specifically to track my sleep.
Anyone else regularly using this function? How accurate do you find it? I don't find the step counter very accurate but I think it may be better at tracking sleep.
First night sleeping with it on my wrist. Not bad sleep.
I also think that me knowing I'm trying to track my sleep will in turn cause me to try and get better numbers.

I wear one and check my sleep every now and then. Was that at The Starring Motel?

No, lol but I wish I'd have had one on then considering I had been walking when I stopped in there and paid cash for the room.
I was actually dating a llotot at the time and were in the mesial of a fight

Ive got the surge and find it creepily accurate.
It can tell when I fall asleep, when im "restless" at night, and when I actually "wake up at night.
Cant say if yours will be as accurate, but the surge has it nailed

While sleeping after a night of drinking heavily, it thinks I'm dead. 6 straight hours of nothing.

Can't say it was accurate when I was restless, but it nailed it when I got up to go piss

Yeah looking at the 'times awake' I can remember waking up and also the 'times restless' seems accurate. Along with the time I fell asleep and woke up.
I think it's going to be a great asset considering I have struggled with sleep issues for a long time and have really bad insomnia.

I sleep even worse after drinking, even when I lay a good one on.

I have used other trackers that I think are more accurate is telling me if I am in REM sleep or not. However, I am satisfied that my FB gives me a good count on how much overall time I have spent sleeping.

I have the HR model. I look at the sleep tracker every morning, more out of curiosity than anything. It seems pretty accurate to me.

I find it complete opposite, I am away from home and have roommates that work opposite shifts, this causes me to be awoken quite often when they come in during the night. It usually tracks those differently. Also if I am laying in bed watching a movie it occasionally tracks that as being asleep.
While it's a nice lil gee wiz, no real benefit or point to it IMO

I use one and it seems to be spot on for sleep. Now about that tracking of stairs...I'm skeptical. Some days I never go up stairs but it says I went up three flights.

I don't get enough sleep to make it worth tracking.

I have an UP3 which tracks REM and deep sleep. Ive been getting like 20 min of deep sleep per night. Seems low but I'm curious what others get?

Why would you want the NSA to know your sleeping habits?

What is the point? If you are not getting good sleep does it do something to help you sleep better?

I believe the more info I have on something the better off I am.
I can use it to see if I sleep better after just a cardio day, If I eat later in the day than usual, etc....
I don't even know why I'm even answering this question.
Pretty obvious across the board that the more info you have the better off you'll be.
Keep rocking them 32's Mouton, don't forget spring forward that wall clock from
earlier this week "!!

I think it tracks any change of 8-10 feet at once as a flight. I get floors when I'm doing yard work or go up my driveway.

Thats bad sleep if you ask me. Mine is pretty accurate.
