Anyone taken prednisone for sinuses?

That's a decent dose. Wldnt do that often, messing with endocrine system is risky biz. I've taken hydrocortisone. I had horrendous sinus probs but you need to find a solution besides pred or HC. Look at trying to balance gut and immune system. I had my amalgams removed which helped and may help a small percentage of people w sinus issues.

When I was young, I had horrible sinus problems. They tried everything. Finally at 19, an ENT discovered that I had a bone spur high up in my nasal passage. Had it surgically removed and have not had any problems since. 61 now.

I had a very bad reaction that that. Anxiety, face was beet red, felt like total shite. Had to stop after day 3.

Just go get the shot. I have a sinus infection that started Saturday. Got the shot yesterday and feel 100x's better. Still not 100, but getting there.

I did this last year for my ears. Good luck trying to sleep. Even if it doesn't help your sinuses you will feel like a million bucks for a few days.
