Wife and kids still sleeping. I wrapped a gift I forgot about, put a gumbo in, prepped ribs making all kinds of noise and they haven't stirred yet.

10 am and still waiting. Unbelievable. She always wakes up around 7 am. She must have had eggnog instead of milk last night.

I told mine Santa wasn't coming if they got up. (Meant during the night)

8 am I go in there and they are wide awake looking up at ceiling.

I'm an a-hole.

My parents used to have to drag me out of bed, as a kid. Even on Christmas.
