yeah lets go back to a lifestyle where the average person lived to be 30 years old - makes perfect sense

Infant and childhood mortality skews the avg life span. Then you have things like exposure, natural disasters, disease, starvation, predators, and massive amounts of physical labor that aren't near the problems today that they were then.

or just eat both? you know, in moderation?

stick to your low GI carbs tho bro, to avoid those insulin spikes, while I go dominate a sushi buffet and stay at 12% bf

while youre avoiding that dreaded insulin spike, may want to cut out protein shakes, as well - since they also spike insulin. idiot.

my point clearly went over your head

anyways.... no one wants to revert back to that era - whether it be lifestyle or diet or disease.

enjoy your "apples" and berries.

Easy, killer.

I eat fast food, too. I have low body fat, too. I just think it's hilarious that you would RATHER have "chicken fries" over salmon is all.

I'm on Day 19 of a liquid juice diet. Green juice, red juice and orange juice. I've had soup with chicken 3 times and protein powder daily. All good so far. Blood work pending, should get results in next 48 hours.

Here's a steaming cup of STFU for all the health nannies in advance.

My diet is awesome. Find one you like.

No "seconds"? (Do people still say this?)Eat what you want. Get more if you are still hungry. Paleo foods are really hard to eat in large amounts. That's why it works. Stable blood sugar and satiating fats.

This works for some people.

For some people, their hungry meter is broken and that's why they're fat.

Avoid sugar like the plague. Drink wine, wiskey, vodka, bourbon - live life - avoid beer and still fit in.

I love meat, please tell me it's not going to kill me !!! (Hint - it's not)

Red meat? It could help kill you. Lots of evidence.

And all of it's flawed. That theory has been debunked many times over.

We (most of us) cant stand the government to tell us what to do, which is why it amazes me that people still buy into the bad science that was derived from the lipid hypothesis.

I think most of these diets are actually referring to a lifestyle. It's sort of dogmatic nowadays

More than 10,000 years ago is relatively recent? Maybe to a rock but you might want to do a little more research on this one...
