No, they don't in this case. They were riding single file with lights and helmets.

How does the witness know the man is 6 ft tall if he fled the scene?

They're still dumb if they think night riding nicholson is a safe thing to do.

I should be able to walk through north BR with a sack of cash, doesn't mean it's a smart thing to do

Bicycles have the right to use a "busy road". Not all of the levee is paved. A road bike is not able to bike over aggregate. That is why they use River Road.

Actually car drivers purchase gasoline which directly pays for roads and cyclists don't. Why should they get to put wear on the road and block up traffic when they don't pay for the road?

You don't sound like much of a man.

I used to get mad at the lance armstrongs of br, but I found a better way to deal with it. Pass them up, let car hang on shoulder and drive half as fast as they were riding.

Normally does a good job of pissing them off

I would imagine the driver stopped. Got out of his car for a moment. And then fled.

Having the legal ability to do something doesn't mean it's a good idea. Riding a bike on a major thorough-way is stupid. Riding on a major thorough-way at night is a death wish.

Sometimes a bicyclist has a jump on a busy road for a short amount of time to get to a safer road.

This person would have hit a motorcyclist too. Why aren't you banning motorcycles?

Because they don't block highland road at 5pm creating a line of traffic going 5mph

Don't see the big deal with my solution? They can slow down my trip and make me late, why don't I have the right to do the same thing

Sounds like a legal defense..
