have been doing the mattress search and everything i read is horror stories when spending $1000+ on a mattress. Every serta, sealy, simmons, etc has issues with sleeping hot or sagging. Came across some review site sleepinglikealog.com and they recommended this Saatva mattress.

Looking it up online it seems too good to be true. The reviews are insanely good (almost like they are planted) and the price is damn good. Only problem is its only sold online so no testing it out in a store before purchase.

quote:

Saatva mattresses are built with a distinctive high quality feature known as 'coil on coil' construction. Our lower coil unit offers a connected hourglass shaped steel support base. Our top coil unit features a luxurious individually wrapped coil system that contours and responds perfectly to your body, eliminating most motion transfer. Each individually wrapped coil is separate to ensure that the rest of the bed will not be disturbed by the movement of surrounding coils. This construction coupled with our advanced euro pillow top, can only be found in ultra premium mattresses that cost over $2,000. (queen mattress) Our beds are made to last 10 to 15 years and will continue to perform consistently well over time.

also looks like customer service is top notch. Thinking of pulling the trigger and giving it a 45 day trial.

I bought one a couple of months ago. So far I'm well satisfied with it.

did some research on this company today. apparently the ceo is a freak when it comes to negative reviews. guy pops up on internet forums and blogs left and right. seems like they want to make the customers happy but its a weird business model
