Anyone know of anything going down around Houma Blvd?

I've seen 5 JPPD cars flying down Houma Blvd in Metairie

Just before I saw the cops all over 3 dirt bikes went down Houma. None of the riders had helmets, and one was popping wheelies.
As I was leaving the hospital the cops there were several cops walking all around the area, several cop cars stopped along Houma, and on W esplande there was one of the dirt bikes I saw with a cop car and a tow truck.
No clue what all that adds up to though
