I'm new here, and I recently started a job thanks to my cousin Marcus, who helped me tremendously. I think you guys know him as accnodefense? I love my job, and its the first job I've ever had. I didn't think that I would want to do this at first, I thought I just wanted a job to have so I can get a car. I really want a black convertible Firebird!! but since working here, I really enjoy this, and I can see myself building something. Anyone here worked their way from the bottom to the top, specifically in restaurants? The local community colleges have a restaurant management program. BR said they will pay my tuition if I'm still employed there after a year and want to go into restaurant management? Is this the best way? Any advice is appreciated. I also wannna say thank you for everyone who has followed my cousin's postings and provided encouragement along the way.

One day I told my professor at LSU Business School I wanted to open a chain of restaurants that serve only fried chicken, and that I would make the chicken pieces smaller and smaller every single year.

He told me I was insane and that it would fail miserably.

lol I'm worth millions now. I've donated parks, signed a famous coach, I have an adorable dog, and my restaurants are in many states.

Just follow your dream, Randy.

Randall, I don't know if Marcus told you, but I never got my order from a previous thread. It was for a double serving of I don't give a frick, and don't forget the cherry on top. Thanks.

No, it wasn't. It's pathetic that people have this much time to waste.

I made it all the way to Assistant to the Regional Manager. But for some reason I could never progress any higher in the chain.
