I am just curious if anyone here has had the similar side effects of waking up feeling totally paralized or sitting at my table. I have taken them since Monday and every night this week I have had an issue. It's pretty damn startling to wake up eating a can of Chef Boyardee raviolis out the can with no recollection of being there at all. The doc's office says it may take a couple of weeks for my body to adjust to them.

I didn't have the sleepwalking experience, but the sleep paralysis, definitely. I stopped taking them (only needed them briefly after surgery, not saying you should stop), so I can't say if the behavior would go away. I found the sleep paralysis very scary, since it seemed to go on longer than ordinary sleep paralysis.
I was prescribed Ambein Sophomore year in college. I never had any bad episodes like people talk about though. I would take some then relax on the computer until I did not understand language then I would go to bed.
