Yes, but its like a nostalgia flashback. But that is usually triggered by a smell or song or something. However, its random and could be based off a specific leveled emotion. Its weird. I always thought mine was the recovery of a brain injury years ago. The neurologist said recovery takes years.

I recall reading somewhere that our brains actually remember everything that we've ever experienced, but it's just a matter of being able to retrieve the information. Seems like there might be some truth to that
Your subconscious mind is like a magnetic hard drive. It records literally everything you have experienced in this life and past lives. Your entire life experience along with the lessons learned and unlearned will be played back to you like a dvd when you die. That is what people mean when they say their life flashed before their eyes when they had a near death experience. They were given a life review. This phenomenon has also been happening to me recently as well. Little memories of things, songs, people that I haven't thought about in years.

I've brought this up before on here but I was having the same thing in 2005. It freaked me out so much I went to a neurologist. It ended up being a form of epilepsy that had been dormant for 19 years. 6 months later I had brain surgery to remove a small cortical displacia from my temporal lobe. Scary stuff. Look into Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. Not saying that's what it is, but I was having the exact same symptoms.
