Costco and Sam's is legit if you catch the $70 off a set of 4 deal. Also, the $15 install with road hazard is legit. But, chances are it'll take hours to do because they'll be swamped with only 1 or 2 techs working and you'll tell yourself you're never coming back. Lol
Little fact that most don't know. If you have a Sam's or Costco card and you get a flat, both places will patch your tire for free, no matter where the ties came from. I've used them several times for that service.

Check their website - usually priced even lower than in-store.
You can buy online and they will be delivered to the store - then they will contact you for installation.

Discount Tire FTW. I only buy tires from them and never had a bad experience.
