This seem like a question suspiciously dealing with illegal activity. Why the frick is a crawlspace a big deal unless you're looking for a house that has a basement? Just encapsulate it yourself when you buy it. You got some product you're concerned the rats are going to soil?

Well, it seems to me you're trying to hide either drugs (hopefully) or bodies. I don't see why anyone would look at encapsulated crawlspaces as a prerequisite for buying a home.

Just dig a well pit. Much easier to store bodies that way. And make them put the lotion on their skin

To be up to code you need to have either small amount of hvac air or dehumidifier if sealed.


Problem is house doesn't have nearly enough vents and there would be cost to install them.
