Anyone else have Charter Internet? Been down almost 8 hours

Saw a pretty widespread outage across the country today. Anyone know what happened (other than a Russian attack which is obvious)?

18 wheeler took out lines in Lecompte that that carried att and media 3. Supposedly this line comes from Shreveport. They possibly send charter though these same lines.
