Yes....

Goals in order:

Eliminate Cancer
Bladder Control
Return of Erections.

The return of erections will likely happen if they spare the nerves. The best assurance you can get is to have a VERY EXPERIENCED surgeon.

What was your Gleason Score ? Was active surveillance and option?

It's a very very treatable illness and the down time is almost non existent from what I've been told.

Who diagnosed you? I know a lot of those fellas.

22 months post-op
Surprised there wasn't that much pain
No ED
Occasionally laugh so hard a tear runs down my leg
Get the guy that does 5-6/wk

My dad had his removed last year. He is back to normal with a PSA of zero.

Going to Dr. Morris in BR. Peeing problems like difficulty peeing. Some days were worse than others. Probably due to increase in size around urethra.
