Is this stuff as good as advertised? It appears to have a lot of good stuff in it. Any users have any input?

I use it. I enjoy it. I'm in great shape. I know it's pricey. The taste sucks, but it has given me the results I've been looking for.

My wife and I use it as a meal replacement and we think it's worth the money. Lots of good stuff in it. The taste is not too bad...we mix the chocolate and strawberry.

I get the strawberry and just add peanut butter and almond milk. Doesn't taste too bad after that.

been using it for 6 months and it really helps with energy and decreases my food cravings.

it is pricey so i have switched to a casein protein powder instead. less than half the cost but works just as well for food cravings. downside is the taste is nowhere near as good as shakeology.

Love the PIYO tape though.

I have used it. It depends on what your goals are, but it is hard for me to imagine a senario where a protein powder with a muti vitamin wouldn't be just as good a choice. The guy who sold it to me said it isn't a protein shake its a meal replacement, but it isn't any better than a regular shake with my appetite and lacks suffiecent protein for me to use as a meal replacement. Plus I'd be hungry as hell.

I did it for 3 months, was unsure if I was actually getting the results from working out/diet or the shake.
