I'm exhausted and severely dehydrated after playing Doucet's Red rock and blue softball tourney.

I heard about this Vida flo place on Coursey but I wanted to see if anyone's been and had any thoughts? It's like an IV hydration and vitamins deal. Anyone know if it's real expensive?

Yeah, man. I have been. It was a really good experience. I had been feeling really tired and I know I never drink enough water. I felt like a different person after. They have a intro/first time special where you can get a lot of vitamins and stuff. Ask them about it. My wife went too and loved it.

I'm definitely gonna check it out tomorrow, no way I can make it through a whole day working outside after 3 days of softball in the heat this weekend

I love this place. Last Friday I was working in the yard all day and my band had a gig that night. Rode over there cuz my wife saw it on FB...i wouldn't have made it three plus hours of singing and playing guitar outside without the rehydration and energy boost

I hear that! I don't like needles either, but you just get stuck for a second then the needle comes out and it's just a little plastic tube thing. Not bad. I felt like crap and within an hour, I felt better. The vitamins really kicked in the second day. Didn't know what to think at first going in, but I'm all for it.

Oh was the cute guy that runs the place there?

I was in there the other day (I mean "in there" if you get my drift) and he was soooo sweet and chatty. Just went on and on about his cats and how they played with his ferns and how they got dirt on his clean floors (came across as a neat freak) and it stopped him from going shopping that day (he went on and on about how he loves shopping).

Bit of a drama queen but he looked so good in those skinny jeans.
