Apparently we build moats around our government subsidized housing so they can't get out without assistance. That helps keep the looting to a minimum, confined space.

He's obsessed with New Orleans, it's truly comical. Do people think 'shithole' has any effect, by the way? It's more overused than Germans. People use it to describe every single geographic location here, you might want to be a little more original
