Any OTers have any experience with Cryotherapy?

I've been seeing a lot about it lately. Any one got any good or bad experiences? I am always skeptical, thinking everything is a scam....but it looks like professional sports teams are using it.

I have a friend from high school that does cryotherapy with his works ups and after ironman events, and he swears by it.

We have a place in hattiesburg that does it for like $100 per session.
