I've often wondered what it takes to be considered an OT baller. I know I don't qualify, but I wonder if anyone does, or if we are talking about a mythical beast like a unicorn.

And autocorrect strikes yet again.

That's what I was thinking. For those interested, that was the late Pat Leblanc's house on Verot School Rd. in the Lafayette/Youngsville area. His widow sold it about a year ago to a local doctor IIRC.

Aw, you must feel like I did watching the Southern Yacht Club burn down. I went on a date there when I was in grad school.

On a side note, has a fire department ever actually put out a house fire? It seems to me that they usually facilitate the homes burning to the ground.

Fires burn so fast that it is usually too late to put it out by the time they get there. Most of the time they are only able to prevent the fire from spreading uncontrollably to the surrounding area.
