Thinking of getting it. It has a free trial, but I wanted to see what some of you thought about it. Is it legit?
For those who don't know, it is an audiobook subscription service where you pay 15 bucks a month and choose from a ton of audiobooks.

I do. I don't always get 2 audiobook/month but the credits roll over. I like listening to audiobooks while I do boring things, though.

Is that how many they allow is 2 books per month? It isn't unlimited?

You can customize your membership. I have 1 credit per month (the lowest) and listening to a book per month is pretty tough. Especially when you get into book that are 20+ hours
ETA - i do enjoy it, especially if you find yourself traveling a lot. I also listen while running, but that took some time to get used to.

That's just the membership package I chose. I listen to books while driving, folding clothes, whatever else is boring. I agree that more than 1 book a month is hard to get through. I kind of waste some of my credits by getting an audiobook version of whatever I'm reading so I can read on my Kindle at home and switch to the audiobook when driving.

Nope. use the audio book bay. it is *cough* free

I don't think it's a waste. Whispersync is awesome.

I love Whispersync. It just makes it so easy to go through a couple books a week. It starts to add up

It would be a waste of audible credits if you've got the kindle edition though.
I have Audible. It's pretty good, but it may be cheaper to do the Kindle version+whispersync sometimes. If you stay on top of Audible's promos, however, you'll probably end up buying a number of 2-5 dollar daily special books. Doing that, I usually have a couple of extra credits in my account most of the time.

I do for books I can't find other places and I like it.

I tried using it to listen to the first GOT book, but the narrator literally sounded like he was going to have a stroke and made every character sound like a frail old man.

I use it all the time now. I have to read technical books for work pretty often so recreational reading is usually tough for me to motivate myself to do. I have pretty much stopped listening to the radio in my truck in favor of audio books now. I have been very pleased.

The narrator can sometimes ruin it

The narrator can also make it about a billion times better. Definitely a good thing to look out for. I listened to a book series over the last few months where the narrator gave each character in the book a different voice. It really added a LOT to the story.

There are a few different ones for GOT.
