I've been seeing stuff on social media lately about the use of peptides in fitness and athletics. Anyone here have experience with peptides?

I only take multi vitamin and fish oil

Everything you can find in supplements can be found in normal food

Waste of money, many are placebos as well

Test/Tren/E and HCG 500iu every 3 days.

Don't mess with peptides or HGH.

Search didn't turn up anything but other threads talking about a big thread. I'm not talking about peptides for your peter but peptides for muscle gain and fat loss.
