Been going to Pensacola Beach for years. We love the smaller community in comparison to Destin but the golf has gotten worse every year. Are there any good courses withinn.20-30 minutes that are decent?

20-30 minutes to Pensacola or Pensacola Beach? If Pensacola, your better golf will be found in Baldwin County, 30-40 minutes away depending on which course and where. A great course for the money in Elberta, between Pensacola and Foley, sort of, is the Preserve. Not sure whats good around Pensacola Beach area. All of the Gulf Shores area courses are good; Kiva Dunes, Peninsula and Craft Farms. Rock creek in fairhope is also excellent.

Yea I guess we'll just have to make the longer drive. We played Craft Farms. It was like $100 and I wasn't impressed. I've heard Kiva was really nice.

Played there last year and had a great time. Thought it was in nice shape.

Tiger Point is probably closest and relatively 'nice'. Perdido Bay golf club is also very close. Not too fancy but a decent enough track and not expensive with good facilities. It's off the highway headed toward Gulf Shores.

The Moors used to be a great course but I think it's closed. I used to live on Scenic Hills Golf Course. It was pretty tough but always in great shape. Haven't stepped foot on it in 5 years though.

Pensacola CC if you're a member somewhere. Have your pro call and arrange it. Good track.

I love the courses on NAS Pensacola. Played there many times while we were stationed there. If the timing is right, then you can get to see the Blues practice.

Hidden Creek in Navarre isn't too bad. A lot better than Tiger Point IMO
