Any current or former Hooter's managers here?

Was with a couple of friends at Hooters yesterday and the manager cut our table off until we purchased more food.
He said that the "computer" flagged our table because of the number of drinks and it sends a report to their home office and he could get in trouble.
They were showing some UFC fight and I tend to think he wanted us to leave because he could charge the next saps that sat at the table for the UFC fight. I believe, after looking around, that we were the only folks not wearing UFC type t-shirts.
Anyone know if this "flagging" computer system is real?

I'm thinking maybe they didn't order enough. Therefore the table wouldn't be generating optimal revenue? Maybe they want people at the bar if they're not eating.

I ordered wings. Had them beside in the to go bag and I wasn't driving and actually walked there. It's pretty close.
I don't watch trailer park fights. UFC doesn't interest me.
