Sweet T wants case dismissed
Megan Rondini, 21, ended her own life last year after claiming she was raped by Terry Jackson Bunn Jr, a prominent businessman in Tuscaloosa
She told friends she felt shunned by the police and the University of Alabama
Court documents obtained by DailyMail.com reveal Bunn Jr is attempting to have the Rondini family's wrongful death suit against him dismissed
He cited the Alabama state law that says he cannot be held responsible for Megan's suicide
DailyMail.com has been told that Megan is not the only girl to have reported being sexually assaulted by the 37-year-old scion of one of Tuscaloosa's most powerful families
Bunn Jr's family bought a full-page ad in a local paper last week, claiming they had texts to exonerate their son, a day after the Rondinis filed to add the University of Alabama to its civil suit against Bunn

There is definitely something wrong when the Sheriff doesn't submit the rape kit or urine sample for forensic testing. Either it's gross incompetence or negligence. Either way it's shitty.

People like to accuse great men of rape all the time. Some times it's because they raped someone, some times it's not. But we can't be expected to investigate the situation every time it happens, it's just not possible.

If you wanna not get raped, there are things you can do to prevent it. But it's not the job of the police to make sure nobody gets raped.
