Another possible car/person in West Esplanade canal?

This time near Clearview. Police have eastbound W Esplanade shut down and firefighters are in the water.

What the frick? I grew up in that area and I dont remember cars going in the canals much at all. This is 3 in what, a week?

I saw 5 in the median on 49 on Monday traveling to work. I suspect the combination of downpours and TEXTING had a lot to do with it.

Cant blame them. Firefighter found in his truck submerged in the canal last week and young child died yesterday after suv went in Vets canal.
