I give it a 9/10.

Necessary function of government, or just somebody who gets a power trip out of slapping old homeless dudes?

I already know what the 25% of you who are cops think..

Typical little man syndrome. Couldn't get laid in high school..

If only they showed humans half the respect they do for their service dogs.

If the man did not want to get slapped he should have not left the house.

Justice is swift and the pimp hand is strong.

Those Cubano cops sure are feisty.

How much trouble can you get in for saying "frick you" to a cop? Serious question...

You can get beat up, then charged with assaulting an officer's foot with your face. Oh, and resisting arrest, obstruction, disorderly conduct, etc.

It's all at the officer's discretion. You are totally at their mercy.

Should be suspended or fired. You can't do that.

Damn he slapped the frick out of that guy.

That's sooo bitch made.

In the quarter for Mardi Gras a week ago in front of the Chateau Lemoyne on Dauphine this security guard had this guy pinned down for what I was told no apparent reason and the guy was breathing hard and the guard was covering the guys mouth so he couldn't breath. It was so fricked up. I kept telling the guard to just get his hand off the guys mouth but he wouldn't listen. I walked off and was just waiting to see on the news how some guy had died on his own doings.

I got no problem with the slap. Old drunk should have complied. Classic case of "play stupid games..." No permanent damage so NBD.

I've actually witnessed a similar incident but a homeless guy started it. He tried to trip a police officer , ran and then got caught. That pimp slap was 10 worse than this one and it was white on black. This guy was a bit more civilized than the white cop.

That's such fricking bullshite, but really, what you can expect from police nowadays.

I had a discussion with 4 cops about the SCC kid and they were all "the officer did what he had to do" like he was in a fight for his life or some shite. Totally forget the fact that there are proper techniques that are taught for officers to use during periods of noncompliance, but as far as the handful of cops I talked to their life is in danger until you're in cuffs and they can do what they seem necessary to go home at night. Complete fricked up and brainwashed mindset.
