He has a small frame. If he had broader shoulders he could be 30 lbs heavier and look the same.

Absolutely 30lbs. Broad shoulders and a wide torso carry a lot of weight.

He has a tiny frame.

If you make it work then good for you. I'm married with two kids. We have lots going on. I'm active all day and I eat right so I don't really have to worry about my weight.

That chart is such bull shite. In high school at peak physical condition for wrestling I was 5'8" and weighed 165 with 7% body fat. Overweight my arse. This must be for skinny twerps with absolutely 0 muscle mass

He is muscular and still is able to be 13 lbs under overweight on the BMI scale....

I know the ot is full of muscular rule exceptions, but in everyday life the bmi scale is very accurate

Everything else is wasting time.

Keep praising the fat whales that speak out against body shaming, and let's see where that takes us. A public nuisance such as a fat person should be called as such. They cost every taxpayer or insurance carrier money.

frick the insignificant feelings of the masses. They can toughen up and change or kill themselves, whatever. The worst thing possible is enabling people.

Most of the processed food has high sugar content. It is hard as hell to buy anything quick to fix that is healthy.

High prison populations means many with not a lot of room to exercise.

Increase in weed smoking means increase in munchies.

Increase in eating Mexican food means lots more starch in diet.

etc.
