Am I lame for not being super into Mardi Gras?

A group of my friends are downtown drinking and I'm sitting at home and enjoying the fact that I don't have to work today. I've never been really into Mardi Gras. Do I suck?

Went for the first time in years over the weekend and it will take an act of God for me to stay for the night parades again. Sunday during the day is pretty fun though.

This was my first MG, and I had a really good time. But it was also extremely rough. There's no way on earth I could have paraded or gone out last night. I was far too hungover.
If I lived in New Orleans, I might have gone out there today, but I hate cold weather so I imagine I'd have stuck to bars/restaurants. Plus, I don't do much on Sundays due to work the next day.. and today is like my Sunday. I don't want to be too exhausted at work tomorrow.

Yes you do suck and yes you are lame, but so is everyone else so don't feel bad. If it weren't for this reason, then it would be for another. We all suck and are lame for our own special reasons.
