Yep

I remember that unofficial infantry policy was 3 hours to be effective (2 cycles) and 6 hours to be at 100% (4 cycles).

I actually start to feel like shite if I get any more or less than 7 1/2 hours. That's my sweet spot.

Yea. Obviously it would be a terrible idea to pull an all night going into a 9 am test let alone a 530 PM test. I can't imagine how your brain would function on 36+ hours of no sleep.
