Advice on contractor - Molly Cyrus

So, I've had a contractor working at the house for the last 5 weeks or so. My wife had a friend that used him and she has been the one to deal with him. He's a Mexican guy in his early 50s. Aside from wanting to be paid in cash every single day, things have gone smoothly.
I came home from work today for a second to grab my laptop and he was blaring Molly Cyrus by Stitches in the back. I have to fire him right?

I read CONTRACTOR, WORK and EVERY DAY. Short of giving him one of your women folk, let him do whatever he wants. If you have a problem with his music, send him my way.
