Adopted off a stray puppy I caught, but now it is "sick" not sure what to do

A neighborhood feral mama dog had a puppy that we caught in a trap. She's a nice dog - housebroke herself and was crate trained within three days. I moved her to an outside dog that last five days she was at my house. She has some mastiff and some pit and some hound - and one blue eye, one brown yee.
Monday night, family with two small children come get the dog. Last night and Wed. night, the dog threw up and isn't eating much. They are somewhat freaking out, but I'm assuming that it is nothing more than a food/environment change (plus the dog had her first round of shots yesterday).
The vet didn't find any "disease".
Could this be nothing more than stress relating to the move? I've never given a puppy away before so I have no experience with this. I don't want to have to take the dog back. Thanks.

I'd give it a little more time to adjust

Could be fears of the environment and people.
..or the house is posessed.

Put it out of it's misery already.

Call the cops. They'll take him off your hands.

Lick his butthole. They like that.

First round of shots do that to lots of dogs. Did it to mine and he's great today.

They just brought the new puppy home. My money says they fed him a bunch of people food

I called to ask that question - said the dog ate some Play Doh "crumbs".

Most likely a combination of new environment, something he ate (new food or table food), and the shots. All three of those are legitimate reasons to appear sick and pup got all three at once. FWIW, if it persists - when my dogs have stomach issues I feed them pumpkin (100% pure pumpkin, no pie filling). It's a miracle worker in my house.

That or rice, with just enough beef to flavor it. Amazing how fast they can fix a puppy's upset stomach.

Yep. When I'm easing them back into real food for a really bad stomach issue, my next step is mixing the pumpkin with rice and unseasoned chicken. It really is amazing how well it works.

Parvo is a possibility.
