Heading overseas for a few weeks and curious about converters/adapters. I recently ordered these:
Adapter
Converter
Grounded Adapter

I have a S5 Active Android phone, electric razor, and a lenovo laptop that I am bringing the GF has a S4 Android Phone, electric razor, and her hairdryer/straighter she is bringing. Will these be enough for travel to Europe?

Check the labeling on your chargers, most new chargers can accept 110-220V. If that is the case then you only need an adapter, i.e. something that changes the physical shape of the plug. The power differences will be handled by the charger itself. If you read the small print on the charger it will list acceptable inputs. "100-240V ~ 50/60Hz"

If your chargers only take 110V then you will need a converter/transforer. This changes the voltage from 220V to 110V.

I would guess that everything but the straightener and hairdryer only needs a plug adapter.

Check the voltage ratings on everything. Anything not rated for 220 will fry. You can buy a single adapter that will crossover to all plug types.

I'm scared... although I may actually be in Grand Isle Saturday but not for fishing just for hanging out.

checked but my laptop doesn't say even though it is less than 2 years old. Phones I am not too worried about because they should be fine.

Your laptop and phones should be fine. Just need an adapter, but grounded adapter would be extra safe.
I use 2 OLD laptops, Samsung s4, s5, and 2 iPhones all bought in the us with no problem in Europe when just using an adapter.
I can't comment on the other items. I recommend not shaving or drying hair.

FYI, I use these all the time at my house for almost all electronics (except TV and kitchen aid mixer) with no problem.

Tell you GF not to use her curling iron or straightening iron even if you have a converter.
It will get hotter than normal and burn her hair off. My wife can attest to this. We laugh about it now but she wasn't amused then.
