Camellia House on Jefferson street, across the thruway from Downtown. Ask for John Hebert.

ETA: in Laffy. They do Pilates and other stuff there.

Never been, but I've heard around $80 per session. You'd have to call and ask.

Most physical therapists do dry needling. Basically they needle the areas that are stiff or where you are in pain. It'll be sore for the next day or so, but then you'll feel great once the soreness goes away. It improves mobility and lessens pain.
