About to take over a travel ball team... Any advice?

9-10 year old girls.
Wasn't overly fired up about it but my daughter wanted to play and was invited and I was asked to assist coach.
Prob start sometime this fall.
Any advice appreciated, Tia.

Answer as few questions as possible. Every question from parents is a baited question. Deflect all of parent questions to the head coach.
Have fun with the kids. Most of them are a blast. At that age, they will love you for the attention or direction you can offer them. They will also improve be huge amount at that age as well. Makes the coaches look great!!
ETA. There will be a few moms like others are talking about. Stay away!

That's what I figured.
We not going all over the state.
Prob do 1 maybe 2 a month.... In a 1hr -1.5hr drive from home.
Is pretty expensive though from what I can see.
Seem money handeling should be a top concern too.
