From news reports, it appears a plane did blow a tire and catch fire, but all passengers were evacuated. Ironically, this happened on fire drill day, just minutes after O'hare sent out a tweet telling people not to be alarmed by a fire drill.

They're broadcasting it live right now. It was real. There's video of it where you can see the front slide out and people coming down, and then the back slide (closer to where the fire was) come out, but it gets bent over and blown back, presumably because of the engine blast.
Flames were fricking huge.
