At least that shows that people in Dubai respect other people's property. That car would have lasted about 4 hours untouched in a Los Angeles parking lot.
That's the first thing I thought too. But the article does mention that unpaid debt is a punishable offense over there, so something tells me if you get busted with a car like that and it's not yours (and it also still hasn't been paid off), you'd likely get into some serious trouble. So maybe that's why?
Still seems like someone would black market that thing or something though...
