I don't think Jose Baez pull another Casey Anthony verdict out of his hat.
Jose Baez, Hernandez’s new lawyer, forgot the former New England Patriot’s name Tuesday in a Massachusetts courtroom. Baez introduced Hernandez as “Aaron Rodriguez,” drawing a wry smile from the defendant.

The fact that he's been in jail for two years without a trial doesn't sound right to me.

3 people so far and suspected of other killings. He also shot a "friend" who live and is suing him and he is suspected in shooting two other people that also lived.

They are in Mass, you could probably get a jury up there on board with the A-Rod is an a-hole he did it.

When he was at UF there was a murder committed not too far off campus. A witness said the killer was a large, athletic, Hispanic guy that was covered in tats.
They never put two and two together.
