quote:

TMZ Sports has obtained the suicide note Aaron Hernandez wrote to his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez -- in which he tells her she will be RICH after he kills himself.
It's not hard to connect the dots. In Massachusetts, when someone dies after being convicted of a crime, they are only considered guilty postmortem if their appeal process is exhausted.
In Aaron's case, his murder conviction was pending appeal. Therefore, under MA law he died an innocent man.
As a result of dying innocent, the New England Patriots cannot justify firing him and denying him the remainder of his salary ($6 mil) so the team may have to pay that money to Aaron's estate and it appears Shay is the beneficiary ... and Aaron knew it.

I searched suicide and Hernandez. Three times. It may be here. I don't see it. The search engine sucks

She's the real winner here. She had probably moved on already anyway and now just getting paid to not have to deal with this dirtbag anymore.

I'd be willing to bet there is some clause somewhere about suicide that could nullify payout to the estate

I'd be willing to bet there isn't. We would have heard by now.

I have a feeling this was well thought out. I even wonder if he scoured through this with his atty.

Your Google skills are weak.

Do you consider Hernadez black?

Just curious.

just because we don't hear about it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I was just thinking like life insurance. If you off yourself, odds are your life insurance will be voided due to a clause in it

For most good life insurance companies after a few years they will even pay out for a suicide.

Sure, and by the same token, just because we didn't hear about it doesn't mean it does, either.
We'll see.

Yes. Chicken and team, you hear this?

Please change your site bc of tangerines laziness.

Come on man, you know Larry Leo is a faux TMZ and he'd be on to this.

It's posted in the Sports Lite section, but to be fair, Larry Leo didn't go into the "You're Rich" aspect of it. I didn't know what he meant by writing that, but I'm kinda remedial.
