Does am remotely accurate one exist?

I believe the weather channel and weather bug apps get their information from NOAA - and God forbid the government do something well. I've heard that a lot of farmers get their information elsewhere because it's vastly superior.

Does anyone recommend a decent app? It's been telling me it's going to rain for 2+ days and I'm tired of planning errands, dog walks, etc around rain that never comes.

Any advice on a remotely decent weather app?

Depends on what you are wanting.

If you want the best radar tools you want RadarScope. It doesn't have forecasts and all that stuff. It's just pro level radar.

This. Plus I use the app 'Raindar'. Raindar is a radar only app and super accurate.

Hope your lack of rain hasn't inconvenienced you too badly. Hang in there

Thanks for the help. Anything that comes off better than throwing darts like the TWC app is helpful

If you want just a radar nothing beats Raindar.

If I want the Temps and what not I use the app that came preloaded with my phone.

I use weather radio. We are up in a tornado area and my phone freaks out when there is an alert. You can set the alerts how you want them. I had weather bug but prefer weather radio just for its timely alert system.

I have some news for you...all weather outlets get their information from the national weather service. they just tell it to you in a different way or show it to you on different imagery or radar maps.

ETA: basically no app or station should be more accurate than another unless there is a local meteorologist twisting up the NWS service info based on his immediate area.
