I am also in this camp, I have no idea what anything in the OP means. I thought at first this might be about the Dugard girl kidnapping from a while back but this looks like something else.

I think we all know about the Josh story and Duggars generally, I have no idea what the 911 call about child safety is about, and apparently, nobody else does either.

If more than five people were outed in the Ashley Madison scandal WTF would anyone know the Duggars? There were politicians, coaches, ESPN people. WTF is a Duggar and why would anyone on this board know who they are. You may be a huge fan and know where they live, birthday, etc. but I for one can say I am very content saying I have never heard of them before.

Obviously there are those people who deny knowledge of anything pop-culture.
But it is frustrating, even for those of us who do occasionally see the cover of a People magazine or overhear dumb celebrity news on the Today show, when people act as though we should all be tuned in to the moronic segment of the country and what entertains them.

Good call. The family has never been on a major news site. Not Fox News, CNN, never in the Economic section of the Wall Street Journal.
