5 Qualities your S/O had to have for you to commit to dating

There are many dealbreakers when it comes to women. This isn't that list. Assuming all the major dealbreakers (being a whore, having daddy issues, being a drunk...etc.) check out, this is a list of 5 qualities that your S/O had to have before you'd even begin dating.
In order of importance
1. Physically attractive - Good body obviously but great face is a must. Bodies can be worked on and improved. Face/facial bone structure is something you're stuck with. Preferably blonde.
2. Financially Independent - She had to make money. Enough money to support herself without me giving her a dime. Preferably as much as I make, or close to it. I have a certain lifestyle I want to live and that requires 2 people who make good money.
3. Intelligence - the ability to hold a conversation. I had to be able to bounce intelligent thoughts and ideas off of her without her looking at me like I just said the moon was made out of cheese.
4. Christian - had to be a Christian. Even nominally.
5. Height - I'm not into short girls. Had to be 5'7"-5'10"

Not counting obvious dealbreakers like being a single mom, a whore, tattoos, etc.?
1. Smart with money, she doesn't have to have a lot of it, just has to be smart managing it
2. Christian
3. Not flat chested. It's a turn off for me when a woman has the chest of an 11 year old boy. Absolute minimum B cup but preferably Cs or higher.
4. Treats all people with respect, i.e. people waiting on them at a restaurant
5. Soft spoken and mild mannered. I hate women who try to be the center of attention by being loud and obnoxious.

If she's smart she can learn to be emotionally mature. Love comes with time. I don't require it to start dating someone exclusively
If she's smart she'll listen to my reasons for why she should learn new sexual techniques and understand that it'll be better for the both of us.
