2012 3.5 Ecoboost

I have a 2012 F150 3.5 Ecoboost, recently i was in an accident. After getting the truck back from the repair shop the truck seemed to have zero power. I took it back to the repair shop who had their service department look at it. They said "the truck was under boosting", they reprogrammed it. This did not fix the problem though.
Now when getting on the interstate i have to push the truck up to 5000 rpm just to get to highway speeds. It is almost impossible to pass anyone on the highway, the truck just revs really high and doesn't accelerate. Also, when leaving red lights i'm push 4000 rpm just to keep up with the flow of traffic. I have read a lot about the limp mode the trucks will go into with the inter-cooler but this seems to be a different animal all together. It is under powered regardless of the driving conditions.
Has anyone else on the OT with an ecoboost experienced these issues. If so please let me know of any potential fix. I've had the Ford dealership looking into it but so far they have not found the cause.

You have to remove the truck nutz, they are slowing down your truck

Is it still under warranty? If so bring it back and tell them not to call you until it is fixed. I have the exact same year and engine and had a couple of similar issues but mine turned out to be problems with spark plugs and coils.

Most of the time, the culprit is low headlight fluid.

Change your spark plugs. Made all the difference for me. 2011 Ecoboost here. Had the same issues you are dealing with.

I'd leave it at the dealer repair shop until it was fixed. That's some bullshite. Sounds like your Ecoboost ain't boosting.

I have the exact same truck, but have not encountered that issue. Nothing you don't already know here, but it sounds like it was a faulty repair. Not a base case issue (duh). Would be only a few who will have encountered the same issue, but the best of luck to you.

Sadly, i have 65,000 miles on the truck so i think the warranty has expired.

Front end accident?
You may have a punctured charge-air cooler that they missed, or they did not properly reattach the hoses to/from it.
It would also throw a low-boost code if it had a leak. My suggestion would be to stop driving the vehicle until it is repaired. Running the vehicle that hard with a charge-air pipe disconnected will quickly destroy turbos.
Have you brought it back to the original repair facility?

This is why displacement is better than turbos

Bring it back to the shop that performed the repair and tell them do not call you until its fixed.

Spark plugs. And this is why I didn't buy the ecoboost.

If it's out of warranty, I'd find a port somewhere in the intake to hook a 75psi gauge and see if it's making manifold pressure. It probably isn't.
Either way I'd be on that repair shops arse.

Because it's a much better engine unless you wreck it and take it to a repair shop that doesn't know what it's doing? Okay.

This is the key.
Your transmission is slipping. Namely the torque converter. May be low on transmission fluid as well.

6r80's are pretty reliable. A transmission cooler puncture (external) would put fluid everywhere. A slipping transmission typically would throw codes as well.
The driveability issue occurred after the repair, at least from the information the op provided.
