2003 dodge ram ac problem

Long story short my condenser fan is not working so I brought it in. The guy told me it is most likely a electrical poblem with the switch. How much am I looking at here?

if you just need an a/c high side pressure switch they're about 20 bucks. should be able to do it yourself.

Which fan? The blower motor that actually pushes air out the vents, or something else?

Not the blower fan. The condenser fan. Air blows out fine it is just not cold and I am good on free on

my 02 ram's ac is all jacked up as well, the switch only works on the highest speed and it only works on the drivers side, and while your moving, the ac condenser fan doesn't work, and i hear the switch is called the blower motor resister switch

Dammit.. I have an 02 dodge and the ac fan won't run unless it's wide open. Took it on a trip and it quit blowing cold. I let it rest a while and it came back ok. Looks like I'm fricked. Did you have anybody look at yours and if so, how much to fix it?

1. If you guys would stop buying dodges this wouldn't be a problem.

2. You shouldn't need a condenser fan when you are moving

3. A switch should be very easy to replace. All parts like this are screw on & plug in.

My neighbor said the same thing as we passed by the dodge dealership on airline and old Hammond in his f250. As we took the left on airline, his shite died and we coasted into pep boys. No lie.

Apparently it is the relay switch that gives the fan its power. So we will see what they charge.
