2 yr Inspection Sticker -- Where in BR?

Need a new inspection sticker at the end of this month, wondering where I can snag one of those 2 year ones?

Everywhere that sells 1 year stickers I assume?

Yeah any place that does state inspections sells the 2 yr inspections. Most 15 minute oil change places are inspection shops as well.

I don't think those are sold in Baton Rouge or the surrounding parishes. It has something to do with an EPA regulation.

Nowhere in EBR or LP. You have to be a resident of a parish that does not require emissions checks.

Not all parishes issue the 2 year and I am pretty sure EBR is one that does not.

Can't get it on a gas vehicle in the BR area. If you live in the BR area and surrounding parishes, then you have to get inspection in those parishes. Only diesels can get a 2 year because they don't emission test them..

If you live in one of those 5 parishes then you have to get your inspection done in one of those 5. These 5 require emissions checks which means every year and more $$$ than people living elsewhere.

I asked last week when I got mine and he said BR doesn't have the 2 years due to emissions testing.

Unless you have a diesel engine, you won't be able to get a 2 year inspection sticker in BR.
