Do you know how many people I told to kill themselves when I was that age? Or how many people told me to kill myself? None of us ever actually meant it, and I guarantee these girls didn't actually want her to "drink bleach and die".
fricking people say that on this forum every day
Not even close to the same thing. They repeatedly bullied her over a long period of time. They probably ruined her social life. It's in our genetics to be social beings. Once that ends a person's life changes drastically. You're a moron if you actually think you know what that girl went through. They could have made her life hell on earth.
Oh and by the way dumbass. Recent studies have shown that our brains don't distinguish much between emotional and physical pain. Emotional pain can feel just as bad, if not worse than physical pain.
Like a jab in the arm with a red-hot poker, social rejection hurts. Literally. A new study finds that our brains make little distinction between the sting of being rebuffed by peers -- or by a lover, boss or family member -- and the physical pain that arises from disease or injury.
