I went to an elementary named South Park. Teachers didn't find it funny when we said Kenny died. He would always hide in the bathroom before every class we did that

You could say that about every ratty arse crime ridden trailer park and hood out there.
They are nothing but economic and social drains.
If you razed all the section 8 housing to the ground, built giant housing projects in the middle of nowhere and told people "if you want to live free off the working man's dollar, here's your new home." We'd be better off.
Section 8 gives people no incentive to better themselves or their station in life, or even to appreciate what they have.
