Doctor who made the diagnosis of "gender dysphoria" should lose his license at a minimum.

No he shouldn't. That's what gender dysphoria is - a mental disconnect between biology and gender.
However, Patrick's case is exactly why one should be at least 18 before beginning any horomone treatments and there should be ongoing therapy and medical supervision.

I believe there was a Canadian court that ruled if parents don't give these minors the sex change therapy they want, it's considered child abuse.
