Just saw the highway sign saying take alternate route because the MRB is closed....

I feel like things have gotten even worse with BR traffic since I took a job in NOLA and no longer have to drive in that cluster. So happy to not have to deal with it and can just laugh. Sorry everyone stuck in it, I feel your pain (just not anymore).

I don't think the new bridge (Horace Wilkinson bridge) in BR is actually closed, but I-10 west is shut down at LA 415 because of the wreck on the basin bridge near Whiskey Bay. LINK The basin bridge had some damage, so who knows how long it will be closed.
Suggested route is to take I-110 to old bridge and go west via Hwy 190.

Good luck getting there. Going by the traffic cams, it's already backed up past the 10/12 split
