Zeke Elliot runs like how Mark Ingram thinks he can run.

Last one. I promise.

We don't have a dog in this fight today. Yesterday was another matter.

Next week too.

See you then for Atlanta vs. __________.

First things first Zeke looks just like Ingram imo. They have very similar faces.

Ingram is a good back. Would do the same thing behind Dallas' O line.

We have a top 5 Oline but they pass block much better than run block.

So we pass more than we run. Ingram had 1K yards with a lot less carries. Its all aboit YPC and Ingram is a top 10 back in that category.

Top 5 in that category actually.

Ingram isn't elite like Bell, Johnson, or elliott but he's easily a top 10 rb in this league.

Not quite top 10, including his best season.

11 at best after such an "incredible" season

Also, top 10 out of 32 not a very high bar.

Geniuses still using total yards to try to make an argument.

Take a look at the number of attempts for everyone ahead of him in total yards. The next fewest attempts is 22 more than Ingram's, and the average number of attempts is 271. Ingram had 205. If Ingram had gotten the average amount of touches, he'd have over 1370 yards. 2nd only to Zeke, who had 332 attempts.

He should have called more run plays for himself. I mean he only ran for more ypc than Zeke and even Freeman. I believe he finished 3rd in ypc for any back over 150 carries.

Freeman, Peterson, Elliot, Johnson, Gurley, Rawls, Hyde, Ajayi, Shady, Forte, Miller, Murray, Bell, Crowell, Gordon

Well there's 15 better than him sooooo....

I don't think you can say that Forte is better than him at this point, same with Rawls. Crowell is debatable as well, but I do agree that he's a better back.

I think Gordon eventually gets there too, but he had ~50 more carries than Ingram and didn't break 1k. He's also fumbled the ball 8x in 2 years

Hyde may be better in some aspects of his game, but he had 5 fumbles this year with about the same amount of touches.

Peterson is coming off another injury at his old age too.

How does your "friend" know how MI thinks he runs?

I just looked over the two guys that beat out Ingram (LeSean McCoy 5.4 and Jordan Howard 5.2). Their ypc averages are extremely impressive considering that there was no true threat of a passing game to compliment those guys.
