Went from awful to worse than awful with colston injury.. still have no clue why we didn't address this position in off season. Not sure what we do now. Wonder who we could bring in to at least fill the void.

Coleman until the season is over, then draft the best available with our #2-5 pick.

Top 20 is stretching the frick out of it. Top 40 is more accurate.

What does that have to do with ignoring WR in the draft

Out of 32 is what I was referring to, but you may be right

Because DVP had so many questions marks, Kevin white and Amari Cooper were gone, and Jalen strong was injured.

Those were the 4 everyone kept yapping about. What could have been if we had Amari Cooper.

I'm not saying in the 1st, but we should have gone after a project in the mid rounds

With a good offensive line, we could get away with it

But we half assed that and ignored guard

run some cut routes, short routes, out routes, etc... and see how bad this corps is.

We have a corp built with short fast route runners and we send them all streaking down field every play out of the shotgun with no underneath and no checkdown without an oline who can block long enough for those plays to develop and without a running gmae to force the corners to pay attention to anything short.

Who are the three best receivers in this class? We'll almost certainly have at least two of them still be available when we draft.

Follow up questions. Of the 3, is there an obvious, 100% pipe lock, can't miss, superstar?

I agree. It worked vs carolina and the only thing that worked vs Cowboys

And we ignored it and let drive after drive end with punts or sacks with constant pressure

I watch a lot of USC football (I live down the street from the Coliseum) and the way I see it, the ranks of busted NFL receivers is jam packed with former Trojans... not sure I'd go there.
